DISPUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of a dispute, the Client may bring the case before either one of the territorially competent courts under the Civil Procedure Code or the court of the place where they resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful event. The reference language for the resolution of any disputes is French.<\/p>\n

The Tsuba Hotel also informs the Client of the existence of a European Online Dispute Resolution platform (\u201cODR\u201d), which they can use. The Client can access it through the following link:\u00a0https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/main\/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=FR<\/a><\/p>\n

TELEPHONE SOLICITATION OPPOSITION LIST<\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, a consumer who does not wish to be subject to telephone commercial prospecting can freely register on a telephone solicitation opposition list. This list is accessible through the following website:\u00a0http:\/\/www.bloctel.gouv.fr<\/a><\/p>\n

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF SERVICE RESERVATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms within an establishment or other types of accommodations), the Client is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code. This is in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts involving accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.<\/p>\n

For each Service reservation, the cancellation policy specifies the terms of cancellation and\/or modification of the reservation. The modification of the reservation for a Service can be made directly with the Establishment, whose contact details, including telephone, are provided in the reservation confirmation sent by email.<\/p>\n

The Client must vacate the room in the Establishment by the time indicated by the Establishment. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged.<\/p>\n

CONSUMER MEDIATOR
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L. 612-2 of the Consumer Code, has the option to submit a request for an amicable resolution through mediation, within a period of less than one year from their written complaint to the professional. LE TSUBA HOTEL has designated the Consumer Mediation Center of Justice Conciliators (CM2C) as the consumer mediation entity, through a
\nregistered membership. To contact the mediator, the consumer must submit their request:<\/p>\n
