What is the check-in & check- in time limits?
Your room will be available from 3 p.m. In case of morning arrival, it is possible to leave all your suitcases in our storage room, for free. On your departure day you can keep your room up to noon. We will be happy to keep your luggage after your check out.
What are the reception opening times?
The reception is open 24h a day, 7 days a week
Do you have a Spa & Fitness area?
We offer you a spa area which includes a sauna and steam room (you must inform reception of your willingness to use the sauna or steam room at least 40 minutes prior to they are warm to your arrival). A fitness area is also available to you. Spaces spa and gym are open daily from 6am to 22h. Massages on reservation.
How to get here?
By car:
Reaching the hotel by car is easy: it's a short drive from the Boulevard Périphérique orbital road. Travelling clockwise, come off at Avenue de la Porte d'Asnières, then turn right onto Boulevard des Maréchaux until you reach Avenue Gourgaud. Continue along this street and Avenue Niel to Rue des Acacias. Travelling anticlockwise, leave the Périphérique at Rue Gustave Charpentier, turn left onto Avenue des Ternes and right onto Rue des Acacias at Avenue Mac-Mahon. You can park your car at one of 3 public car parks within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

By Train:
Arriving by train? The hotel is easy to reach from the city's mainline railway stations. Taxis typically take 20 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic. By metro you can reach the hotel from Gare du Nord via lines 4 and 2. Gare de Lyon is on a direct metro route, line 1. From Gare d'Austerlitz, you travel 2 stops on line 5 before transferring to line 1. From Gare de l'Est, board line 7 and change to line 1, or catch bus 30. Line 6 links Gare Montparnasse with Charles de Gaulle Etoile station, near the hotel.

By Plane:
If you're flying into Paris, reaching the hotel is simple. Taxis to the hotel from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) take around 35 to 50 minutes. From Paris-Orly Airport (ORY), it's a 30- to 45-minute taxi ride. Le-Bus Direct runs buses from both airports to Place Charles de Gaulle (Place de l'Etoile). From Charles de Gaulle Airport, you can also hop on RER B and change at Châtelet Les Halles to metro line 1, getting off at Charles de Gaulle Etoile station. In addition, hotel staff will be delighted to arrange a direct shuttle on request.
Does the hotel have a car park?

We arrive by plane; the hotel does offer a transfer?
We have a partnership with a company. We have negotiated rates for our customers. You can contact our reception team by email at reception@tsubahotel.com to book. To arrange the transfer, we need your flight number, arrival time, phone number to be reach at the airport if needed. Payment is due in advance by credit card.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, for your comfort and safety, the hotel is an entirely nonsmoking place. A smoke detector is located in each room.
Do you accept pets?
Small dogs are welcome without extra charge. Feel free to mention it on your reservation.
Do you have rooms sleeping more than 3 people?
No, for a family of 4 or more, we recommend you to combine separate rooms, which can be located side by side or near each other on the same floor upon request and availability.
In which rooms can we add an extra bed?
Only in Deluxe rooms, Executive and Suites.
Do you have baby cots?
Yes, baby cots are available at no extra cost on request at time of booking.
Do you have connecting rooms?
No, we do not have connecting rooms. Depending on availability, we can make sure to book adjoining rooms or near each other, on the same floor.
Do you provide hair dryers?
Yes, all our bathrooms have a hair dryer. If you want to bring your own, please be aware that you might need an electrical adapter or a converter. The voltage is 220 V AC.
Do you have a laundry service at the hotel?
We provide you with an iron and ironing board on request at the reception. Outsourced laundry service is also available, the rates charged by our service provider is located in the wardrobe of your room.
What are the hours of the breakfast service?
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 6.30 am to 10.30 am everyday.
What can you offer me outside of breakfast hours?
A continental breakfast is also served in room from 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. We can also prepare a breakfast takeaway, simply ask our reception team before 2.00pm the day before.
I have allergies, what do you suggest?
We can arrange gluten free bread and/or soy milk for your breakfast. Feel free to mention it on your reservation.
Why the price is cheaper on the official website of the hotel?
The best rates and offers are on our official website. No intermediary is involved in this process, as we can offer you the best rate available.
Does the number of his credit card is required when booking?
We can register and guarantee your reservation if you provide a credit card number. In case of a non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable reservation, full payment of your reservation is charged to your card at time of booking.
Can I change the dates of my stay?
In some cases, yes. We invite you to check the cancellation policy on the booking confirmation. If you have any doubt about the terms of your reservation, please contact us.
I booked a non-cancelable fee, non-refundable and non-changeable, is can I still cancel? It is possible to cancel it; however, you will not be refunded. When booking do inadvertently, you have an hour to contact us by email at book@tsubahotel.com.
What is the amount of city tax?
City tax to pay locally is extra € 2.48 per day per person. Minors are exempt from tax.
Is my account automatically and immediately debited at the time of booking or do I pay for my stay when I arrived at the hotel?
This is only a guarantee for the booking, so you are charged on departure at the hotel. However, to benefit from the lower prices, it may be that some special rates are payable in advance. In this specific case, your credit card will be charged at time of booking.
What are the accepted payment at the hotel?
The payment options are: cash, checks (French banks only), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners. An ID may be required for payment by check and credit card.
