SWEDISH MASSAGE
This energetic body massage is based on the relaxation and strengthening of the muscles in order to regain tone and shape. At the heart of the ritual lies an intense stimulation of the cellular renewal process leading to an additional firmness of the muscles and the skin.

DEEP TISSUE
This massage reshapes and tones the body for a deep relaxation. This is a powerful and sensorial ritual that helps tired muscles to be soothed through the most effective methods in the world. Tensions are released, and muscles reinforced for long-lasting powerful effects.

TAILOR MADE MASSAGE

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Based on Ayurvedic techniques, this traditional Indian massage focuses on the shoulders, neck and scalp and includes a full back massage. It helps to stimulate your blood circulation and increases your neck and shoulders mobility. It is particularly good for reducing the stress effect and tensions.

ANTI JET LAG DRAINING TREATMENT
This drainage-enhancing technique activates the lymphatic system, while the stimulation of energy points along the meridian system, balances the vital functions of the body. The body releases toxins feel revitalized and the legs appear lighter.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
The reflexology foot treatment promotes recovery by improving blood and lymphatic circulation, stimulating the elimination of built-up toxins caused by muscular work. This treatment is only available in 1h00.
